Occupational Therapy

Helping patients regain the skills needed for meaningful, independent daily living — in the comfort of home.

Occupational therapist working with senior patient on daily living activities

Occupational Therapists at Delta Care Home Health provide activities designed to improve physical and psychosocial functioning, including the instruction of the patient and family in adaptive equipment usage. Our goal is to help each patient regain the ability to perform the everyday tasks that matter most to them.

Occupational therapy in the home setting is especially effective because our therapists can evaluate your actual living environment — identifying barriers, recommending modifications, and teaching techniques that are immediately applicable to your real daily routine.

Covered by Medicare & Insurance Occupational Therapy is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans when medically necessary.
