Delta Care Home Health Service was founded in 2004 with a focus on improving patient care to enable them to get back to their activities of daily living, to reduce re-hospitalizations, and to update the referring physician on patient status.

We are a local, privately owned agency servicing the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex areas. We are Medicare certified and specialize in treating seniors in the comfort of their home. Our team of dedicated and highly trained professionals visit patients in their residence for the purpose of promoting, maintaining, and restoring health so that they can spend time with their loved ones.

Our organization has been highly regarded by a network of doctors' offices and hospitals for improving patient outcomes, preventing re-hospitalizations in addition to updating referring physicians and clinics with the most current status of each patient.
